Every client we work with has different needs and our fees are agreed separately with each client. We want to provide great value for money and tailor our fees to reflect the importance of the project and the age/maturity of the company. We have clients who want to use us regularly for a specific period of time and reserve a number of hours per month for a minimum of 3 months - we worked with a client to deliver a business plan to help them sell their business at an advantageous price. We have clients who have a clearly-defined project for which they would like support, so we agree a fee which reflects both the time required and the likely benefits to the business - we helped a client tender for a new business opportunity and we agreed a fee which had a low fee content and a results-based “bonus” to reflect the tender value. In addition, we offer several specific services that have a fixed fee to deliver - these range from a trial survey at no-cost to a monthly coaching subscription service for £997 per month.
